William H. Ball, Lincoln, NE 4/3/1957 – 7/29/2021 Born in David City, NE to Doris and Herman Ball, Bill graduated from DCHS in 1975. After graduating from Spartan School of Aeronautics, Bill spent his entire career in aviation - a field that he had loved since childhood. If there was adventure to be had or a risk to be taken, Bill was the first one on board for the fun. Anyone who knew Bill knew his sense of humor, kindness, good spirit and his authentic, genuine soul. Survived by wife Dana, daughter Wesley, son Jesse, sisters Marcia Sabata, Linda Wolfe (Jack), & Carol Loos (Paul), brothers in law Mike Gregory & Warren "Greg" Gregory (Jenna), sister in law Kay Berguin, nieces, nephews and so many friends from coast to coast. A final take off and celebration of Bill's life will be at 2 pm, Friday, August 6th at Firethorn Golf Club, 9301 Firethorn Lane, Lincoln, NE. Memorials to family for further designation.
