Terry Lee
Miller
Feb 20, 1950 — Aug 28, 2023
Terry Miller, 73 of Nebraska, passed away on August 28, 2023.
Growing up, Terry loved all sports and played basketball throughout high school. Later in life after starting a family, Terry enjoyed camping, fishing, and running with his family and friends. Terry's family will remember him as an extremely hardworking man with a brilliant mind. Throughout the 70's and early 80's, Terry worked as a horologist at the Jewel Box until he set his sights on his real passion, computers. Terry put himself through IT school to be a computer programmer. Through his passion and drive he quickly escalated up the ranks from programmer to the Director of the Midwest Region, at PKS. While working for PKS, Terry was able to travel the world (his favorite country to fly to and do business with was Ireland) meeting with other conglomerates to eliminate potential issues with Y2K. Terry enjoyed watching horse racing, Husker football and volleyball, and "Da Bears"!
Terry is survived by his sister, Corinne Miller, daughters, Sherry Miller, Merry Ingram and her husband Mark, Megan Kricsfeld and her husband Michael, as well as, former wife Karen Miller, eight grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Terry was preceded in death by his loving parents, Quentin and Arlene Miller, and sisters, Kathy Fannin and Linda Miller.
At Terry's request, there will be no funeral or memorial service. Instead, he asked that friends and loved ones visit "God's Country" up in the mountains of Wyoming when they are able. Here you will find peace, tranquility, and Terry.
The family wishes to thank The Nebraska Cremation Society for their compassion and assistance with the final arrangements. In addition, we would like to thank our family and friends for their loving support throughout this difficult time.
