Paul was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on October 7, 1958 to Valerie Williams. Paul worked for the Nebraska Department of Corrections before retiring and volunteering his time in his community. Paul is survived by his siblings Pauline, Jean, Jim, and Nanette, his pets Dalton, Wesley, and Garrett. Paul has gone to be with his Patty in Heaven and will be missed.
