Melanie was born in Sioux City, Iowa to Jeffrey and Judy Lewis on February 21, 1982. She graduated from Conestoga High School in Murray, Nebraska. She married Nathan Jones November 2, 2013 in Papillion. Melanie was a licensed Cosmetologist. Melanie enjoyed spending time with her niece's and nephew's and attended several sporting events with Nathan. Melanie is preceded in death by her Parents Jeffrey and Judy Lewis, Grandfather Jerry Lewis, Great-Grandparents Harold and Marie Rembe. Melanie is survived by Husband Nathan Jones, Furchild Tinkerbell, Sisters Mandy Juedes and Melissa Reeder, Brother-in-law Jeff Reeder, Niece's Sarah Gatewood and Rayven Lewis, Nephew's Caleb Juedes, Jacob Juedes, and Lawrence Reeder. Grandmother Joan Lewis, George, Joyce, David, and John Splonskowski.
