June Anderson Kreps, 82 died on January 15, 2026. She was born on June 14, 1943 in North Platte Nebraska to Paul and Hazel (Jones) Anderson. She was part of a very large Anderson family and was close to her many cousins and relatives. June graduated from North Platte High School class of 1960. Following graduation she attended York College in York Nebraska. While attending York College she met and married her husband of 63 years Jerry Kreps. She and Jerry were married on December 16, 1962 in Gothenburg Nebraska. She and Jerry had two children Jerry P Kreps and Michelle Kreps Curtis. June inherited her artist side from her father. She learned to play guitar and like painting and drawing. She also loved genealogy and researching her family's history and ancestry. She was very active in her church for many years and attended Lincoln Church of Christ and also Heartland Church in Lincoln Nebraska. She was active in the World Bible School organization, sharing the Gospel of Jesus to people throughout the world. She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Hazel Anderson. She is survived by her husband Jerry. Her son and daughter in law Jerry Paul and Sherri Kreps, her daughter and son in law Michelle and Gary Curtis. She has three grandsons and a great grandson. Christian and Leah Hale and their son Weston, Tyler Sass and Jordan Kreps.
