Julie Lynn (White) Greenquist, 54, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, November 22, 2022 surrounded by the love of family at The Monarch by Eastmont hospice care in Lincoln, Nebraska.

She was born August 11, 1968 to Harlan White and Sally Halda at Boone, Iowa. She grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska, graduated from Lincoln High School, and attended Southeast Community College.

Julie met her former husband, Michael Greenquist in Lincoln, Nebraska and married in 1987. They had one child, Aaron Greenquist. Julie worked for Allied Insurance and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services before retiring due to health reasons.

Julie is survived by her son Aaron Greenquist of Tulsa, Oklahoma; brother Christopher White (Amy) of Bartlett, Tennessee; mother Sally Halda of Webb City, Missouri; and nephew Peyton White of Bartlett, Tennessee; and nephew Elliot White (McKenzie) of Clarksville, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her father, Harlan White; and her aunt, Theresa Myers.

Julie was a longtime member of Fellowship Baptist Church from childhood. Pastor Merv Goodrick will officiate a homecoming service at Fellowship Baptist Church in Lincoln, Nebraska at 11:00 a.m. on December 3, 2022.
