Jay W. Milligan, 55, passed April 2, 2024 at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Lincoln, NE after

suffering a devastating stroke March 11, 2024. He fought a good fight but ultimately God knew

best.

Jay was born on August 28, 1968 to Roy M. Milligan and Sharron M. Tucker (Rehm) in Lincoln,

Nebraska where he lived his entire life. Jay was a dedicated, dependable member of the

Industrial Services, Inc. family for 13 years where he formed lifetime brotherhoods and bonds.

Jay was an avid reader, history novice, artist, car enthusiast (Ford), and all-around "tinkerer".

His family would describe him as a "walking encyclopedia" whose intelligence was beyond

above-average. He enjoyed western movies, war movies, and any and all things history. Jay

was someone who would give the shirt off his back or the last dollar in his pocket if someone

needed it. And when he made friendships, they were for a lifetime.

Jay is survived by his mother, Sharron Tucker (Rehm) of Lincoln, Nebraska; siblings Michelle

(Toby) Ackerman, Marchelle Versaw, Shonda Farber, Tom (Paege) Milligan, John (Melissa)

Eleysia; great nieces and nephews Emiliana, Santiago, Santana, Santino, Rowan; numerous

aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
