Jane Dawn Jacobs, 79, was born June 16th, 1936 in Silver Creek, Nebraska, to her parents Roy and Marjorie (Emery) Wisely. At a very young age, her parents moved her and her 2 siblings to California. There, she grew up, and married her husband of 52 years, John Jacobs. In 1969, John and Jane relocated their family to Nebraska. They resided in Omaha for 6 years before finally settling down in the Village of Surprise, Nebraska. Jane enjoyed camping and fishing with her family, and spending time with her grandchildren brought a big smile to her face. She loved to be artistic, and liked sewing and crocheting. Jane leaves behind her children: Bill (Gail) Mockridge of Artesia, CA, Dawneen (Mike) Furr of Placentia, CA, Kathy (Dave) Williams of Shelby, NE, John (Julie) Jacobs, Jr. of Lincoln, NE, and also Kayla Jacobs of San Antonio, TX; 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; brother Ronald Wisely and sister Sharon DAmoto
