Jacqueline Rose (Lockard) Mosel 68yrs passed away on May 16 2026 , at Milford Meadows Care Center in Milford , Nebraska. Jacie was born on November 19, 1957 in Columbus Nebraska to Zelda Bullock and August Lockard. She was married to Kenneth "Tiny" Hall for 11 years, then later Jacie was married to Mike Mosel for 8 years and adopted Jonathan Mosel, and spent twenty years in Mexico with her significant other Javier Mendoza.

Jacie is survived by sister Marcia (Albert) Jedlicka, son Jonathan Mosel, many nephews and nieces and 3 great cousins, Mike Ewart, Sandy Zechmann, Brenda Shipley, and many others.

Jacie was preceded in death by her parents, sister Becky Mucķey, niece Allison Jedlicka, half-sisters Diane Zellinger and Carrie Bullock, and cousin Pat Ewert. Jacie loved to cook, bake, crochet and knit. She was a dietary cook in various nursing homes during her lifetime, and traveled to many states and lived in Mexico for 16 years. She will be missed dearly by all friends and family.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
